Coaching
Philosophy:
I believe that to be a successful program, the
coaches must be willing to work just as hard as the players. He
must show and enforce discipline, hustle, and determination. Through
demonstration, proper technique, and hard work, athletes will be
able to perform at their top level and achieve their goals.
