Philosophy:
- Whatever it is that brings you to the game,
a love for the game will keep you in it. It is this enthusiasm
for the sport that drives the player to constantly strive to perfect
their skills. This is where the coaching staff comes in. As coaches,
it is our responsibility to provide quality instruction and give
the athletes the opportunity to carry those instructions out.
It is our job as coaches to facilitate this learning process through
an enjoyable atmosphere.to perpetuate the love of the game. Life
lessons are learned on the field, and therefore the game, and
all those involved in it, must be approached with respect and
a sense of teamwork.
