Coaching Philosophy:

• My philosophy is very simple. First I want players to have a love of the game. If you have it in your heart to play softball you will be a good team player and contribute to the effort in a positive way. I want my players to be fundamentally sound in the skills of the game. By having a solid foundation you can then build upon that to make your team even better. I also emphasize the aspect of Teamwork. We treat all players as equal. There are no captains on our team... I believe that the team leaders will emerge and respond when its needed.
